Located in the heart of the Languedoc, in the Minervois region, Château PUY covers over 20 hectares (50 acres) on both sides of the Canal du Midi. For three generations, the family PUY has been developing their vineyards and producing wine from grape varieties such as Carignan, Syrah and Grenache.

In addition to these are the Chardonnay and Viognier grapes, which ensure the inescapable quality of the Vins de Pays d’Oc. The wine cellar, which is beautifully situated beside the Canal du Midi, has a  method of wine making that is innovating and functional, and has been adapted to the making of traditional wines (carbonic maceration) combined with the technicality of modern wines.
